The design draws on elements of Mediterranean architecture and modern minimalism, blending clean lines with warm, inviting outdoor rooms. Every space was planned around how the client wanted to use their property, creating a backyard that flows effortlessly from one experience to the next.

• Custom Cabana & Bar — a striking centerpiece for outdoor entertaining, designed by Magnolia with input from an architect for final detailing.
   
• Pool with Water Wall — a sculptural backdrop featuring scupper water features, adding movement, reflection, and sound.
   
• Fire Pit with Built-In Benches — an intimate destination enhanced by a custom pergola, creating a tranquil retreat for gatherings.
   
• Accessory Storage Structure — practical and discreet, designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall architecture.
   

Magnolia Landscape Architecture led the creative process, producing the comprehensive plan and coordinating with:

• An architect to complete structural and cabana detailing.
